Its taken from Arashi's song Kitto Daijoubu (Translation: It'll definitely be alright) from their Arashic album released mid-2006. This song kind of grows on you and the pv is really colourful!
It roughly translates into:
Those dreams we saw back then,

Its best to start all over again from the beginning
No matter how many times we've failed!
